Small, affectionate, low-maintenance dog seeks temporary housemate in secure, sunny two bedroom garden unit.

Double-brick so retains heat but also has reverse-cycle air conditioner/heater plus portable bar heater in bedroom. Double bed in one bedroom. Double sofabed plus desk with monitor in other bedroom. Large comfortable couch and large dining table. Decent-sized kitchen with gas stove and oven (no microwave).

Quiet location, close to public transport, local shops, bike paths and heaps of open green space. Decent NBN wifi, TV with most streaming apps. Bath, separate shower, washing machine.

Secure carport available and ample visitor parking that could fit a caravan.

Dog needs:
- feeding x2 daily
- medicine x1 daily (easy squirt in the mouth)
- short walk, weather permitting, if he's in the mood
- backdoor opening and closing
- as much affection as you wish to give
He is very well toilet-trained and can be left inside alone for up to 9-10 hours.

Single person preferred as the dog is used to only having one person around but couples also considered.
