Secure north-facing two bedroom garden unit with sun-drenched backyard. Double-brick so retains heat but also has reverse-cycle air conditioner/heater plus bar heater in bedroom. Double bed in one bedroom. Double sofabed plus desk with monitor in other bedroom. Large comfortable couch and large dining table.
Quiet location, close to public transport, local shops, bike paths and lots of open space. Decent NBN wifi, TV with most streaming apps - install others if you need. Bath, separate shower, washing machine.
Secure carport available and spare parking spaces that could fit a caravan.
Small, cute, affectionate dog who needs:
- feeding x2 daily
- medicine x1 daily (easy squirt in the mouth)
- short walk weather permitting
- backdoor opening and closing
- as much affection as you have to give
He is very well toilet-trained and can be left inside alone for up to 8-9 hours.
A few pot plants that need watering occasionally.
Had a very comfortable 2 week stay. Host was very good with communication on what was required and his little dog was an absolute joy to say the least. We were best buddies within 2 hours.
Hope I get a chance to sit for them again in the future.
