We have a two level home with amazing southerly views of Tamborine Mountain. It is about 10km south of Beenleigh and 20km north of Tamborine Mountain midway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. It has a large kitchen/lounge/diner, big back deck with amazing views, master bedroom with ensuite, 2 small bedrooms and main bathroom upstairs. Living area/games room downstairs with 1 bedroom, office and bathroom. We also have a pool and spa room, but these are not currently in use.

We live high on a hill which ends with a private no through road. It is wonderfully quiet and will suit anyone who loves tranquility and who needs to be within driving distance of the Gold Coast and Brisbane, both just 35 minutes away. Transport is ESSENTIAL.

We are off on a family cruise and need someone to look after our dogs and home. We have a 9 year old Tibetan Cocker Spaniel cross and an 18 month old Cocker Spaniel, both love cuddles.. There is ample parking space for your car (which you will need as the nearest shop is 2km away). We have Aussie Broadband, Netflix, Prime, Stan, Kayo and Disney. We have two children so the house is child friendly for school age children.

We have 13 and 1/2 acres of bushland. Sitters are not required to maintain the property unless they wish to!
