We have two cats (very low maintenance) and three dogs (require a bit more care).

They have a robotic kitty litter that requires cleaning out only every 3-4 days, as it cleans out the poop on its own into a container lined with a plastic bag each time it is used. (we will give you full instructions when you arrive).
The dogs are Wilbur (13 year old beagle x), Nugget (2 year old Staffy x) and Tyr (2 year old American Akita).
Wilbur is happy to stay outdoors in the enclosed yard and gets along with both dogs, and being an older fella puts them in their place if they get too boisterous.
He cannot be left inside on his own as his toilet habits reflect his age, however we bring him in at night and put him in a cage, and he will easily sleep for 12+ hours.
Nugget is a smoocher, and loves his cuddles and will beg to be given your food. He loves sleeping on your bed, however we are training him to sleep in his own bed and is doing great.
He loves to play, will ask to go outside to go to the toilet, and loves company. He prefers to be inside, however can spend a few hours outside in the enclosed yard with Wilbur.
Tyr is a sweet boisterous boy that loves to play, he and Nugget cannot get enough of playing with each other, however their size difference and lack of understanding of their own sizes means that this play should be avoided as Tyr has accidentally hurt Nugget in the past. It is better to keep them apart.

You will have full use of the house. The house is old, but comfortable. Two fireplaces, plenty of firewood available. There is a pool, which is clean.
Lovely country views all around.
You will have a furnished guest room available with bathroom across the hall.
Towels, sheets etc provided. Queen bed, bedside tables, dresser and limited wardrobe space.
6 minutes from Sale for shopping etc. 20 minutes to Seaspray beach on the 90 Mile Beach.

We are vegan, so if you are going to be cooking meat, please bring your own pots/plates etc. Otherwise you are welcome to use/eat everything in the kitchen/pantry/freezer.

Given that we will be away for some weeks, mowing the main area around the house to keep the snakes away will be most appreciated. Also watering the plants.
