We have a 3 bedroom house with one additional room used for an office but with a fold out bed if required. The garden is tropical with some hand watering of pot plants but mainly on a watering system. The house has an under house garage with a carport in front. The main bedroom is a new addition and the kitchen has been recently renovated. There are steps to get up the front and down the back of the house. Unfortunately there is no room for a caravan or motorhome except on the street in front.
We have a swimming pool that requires minimal maintenance so some experience with a pool would be handy. House cleaning is not hard as we have timber floors through out. Most of the house has reverse cycle aircon and fans.
We have a shy cocker spaniel and a cat who doesn't really care much about anything. I have pond with some native fish that requires a bit of care and some native bees on the veranda that don't require anything at all.
