Old Bar NSW

I have available a lovely self contained cottage on a spacious tree lined block within 5 minutes walk from beach, shops and entertainment. The cottage is clean and comfortable and would suit single person or couple at a squeeze. It has a comfortable queen bed with small lounge and kitchen attached. There is also a house on the property but this is closed until I have renovated,
I also have Billy, a friendly Blue Healer who loves walks on the beach and catching ball in the yard. Some gardening and lawn mowing required.
