We are on 2 acres near Morpeth, NSW in a clean, tidy, spacious 4 bedroom home with all the mod cons (ducted air, Netflix, Satellite Wifi etc.). We are surrounded by trees and lovely bird life in a rural housing estate. We are regularly visited by wallabies and bearded dragons, and even the odd koala!

We have a spa and above ground pool for your use and you are only minutes from the villages of Paterson, Clarence Town and Vacy in the Hunter Valley. It is 15 minutes to Maitland city and 15 minutes to the Westfield at Greenhills, with great shopping, cinemas and restaurants. It's 30 minutes to the vineyards of the Hunter Valley and 40 minutes to either Newcastle city or Nelson Bay and its beaches.

The Historic Victoria Hotel at Hinton, on the river, is less than 5 minutes' drive and is great for a meal or a drink with a view. Morpeth is a beautiful historic village less than 10 minutes away and has lovely boutiques, cafes, the fabulous Campbell's Store, and a famous Christmas shop that opens seasonally. It's our local shopping village and has a bakery, a butcher and a small supermarket for all your needs.

We require someone to lock up our 5 chickens at dark and let them out at in the morning, keep their food and water full and clean out their coop of a morning. We also have a large foxhound who is super friendly and requires feeding and a walk around the estate (if possible). Finally, we have a 14 year old cat who lives in a separate part of the house who requires feeding daily and some TLC as she is extremely timid (you won't even see her most likely!). She must be kept separate from the dog (more for the dog's safety!).

You will enjoy a relaxing stay in a beautiful setting with friendly neighbours. We have bikes here for your use to explore the area or bring your own.

We can accommodate caravans/mobile homes and installed a power outlet for this purpose.
