North Avoca NSW

We are looking for a caring, reliable house and dog-sitter who will love and take care of our home and dog as if they are their own. Our house is a 10 minute walk to North Avoca Beach and a two minute drive to Terrigal. Erina Fair is a 5 minute drive away. We are situated in a valley with lovely tree-top views. Although you will have use of the entire house, there is a self-contained unit downstairs which will be your sleeping area.
Our main concern is our 13 year old chocolate laborador Dobby. Dobby has a beautiful nature and loves being around people. Being a senior dog, he does have some problems, although he is healthy. He has trouble with stairs as his back leg muscles are quite weak. He can't walk far but does need a short walk every evening after dinner. He also does have some bowel incontinence issues, especially if he doesn't have his evening walk and poo. He can accidentally poo in his bed (he sleeps indoors) and sometimes doesn't realise he needs to go until the last minute! So, there can be a little cleaning up after him. We would also need to ensure that our house-sitter stays home every night as he does get a little anxious and is very scared of storms. Although this all may sound difficult, Dobby is easy to look after as he just requires love and affection. We just want to be honest and open about his needs.
