Seeking a sitter to care for our dog - a beautiful 5 year old Samoyed called Neo who loves everybody - while we are overseas. The house is very comfortable with lovely views and if you are able to work from home there is dedicated study in one bedroom with 2 sit-stand desks. There are 3 other bedrooms to choose from for sleeping and 2 bathrooms. Given the time of year will be spring the grass will need a mow or two but apart from that minimal gardening required. If mowing is too difficult I can ask my son to come and mow. Great care of our beloved and relatively easy care dog is our number one priority. He is very fluffy but no grooming is required as we will get him professionally groomed before we leave and on our return.
Note that my adult daughter lives in a self-contained unit downstairs. This will not impact your privacy at all as the unit has a separate entrance and will be locked off from the main house. There is no visibility into the main house from the front of the house and she will not enter the backyard. With her unit downstairs and the main house being all upstairs you would live here as if she wasn't here at all. You may just occasionally see her in the driveway as she comes and goes in her car. She often works long hours, including shift work, which prevents her from caring for the dog properly, hence the need for a house sitter.
