Goondiwindi QLD

Our home is located in Goondiwindi, QLD (on the QLD NSW border). It is a wonderful country town and visitors are welcomed. We are a family of 5 with the children out of the family home at uni, overseas and at boarding school and we are planning a trip OS to visit our middle child. Our four bedroom, 3 bathroom house has an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area together with large separate entertainment area with tv, pool table, bar area and pool (although its winter so will be a bit cool). One fireplace available with split systems available in all living areas. Lovely secluded backyard with firepit area. Walking paths to town centre, river precinct (approx 1km walk to both) and path all way to the waterpark precint (about 3km walk). House is located in a long cul de sac street. Two dogs, one 15 year old Cocker Spaniel and one 2 year old Spoodle who require feeding (an occasional small walk) and regular pats. The come into the entertainment room on nightfall then on retiring to bed they are put in their cages in the back shed (very close to the house), then let out in morning. They are fed twice a day. Garden care will be minimal with watering of a couple of indoor plants and depending on weather a small amount of lawn watering. Goondiwindi has a numebr of wonderful places to visit, coffee shops and great retails shopping.
