We need someone to live in our house & look after Princess our elderly Pugalier dog (17yo) & Archie our Ginger Tom cat (7yo) for almost 3wks Wed 12/06/24 to Mon 01/07/24. We are looking for someone who works from home or doesn’t work at all as our dog gets very anxious when left alone for medium to long periods. We leave music on for her when we go out.

Princess is on medication for her collapsed trachea which she takes easily in treats & does have a strong cough which comes & goes. She also needs to be taken outside regularly to toilet. Having said all of this, she sleeps a lot of the time.

Archie is a big, affectionate boy who loves his food & sitting on your lap once he gets to know you. He comes & goes himself via a pet door but we lock him in at night.

We live in a small, modest postwar house at Mitchelton in the inner northern Brisbane suburbs surrounded by tropical trees & plants. Our house is only 7km to the Brisbane CBD & we are a flat 600m walk to the train station & Mitchelton Village with cafes, bars & all conveniences. Brookside Shopping Centre is 2 streets away from us & a major bike path is at the end of our street.
