My home is a townhouse (1 in a row of 8) that fronts onto a lovely big park.
My garden requires minimal care, just a bit of occasional watering and weeding. There are NO lawns to mow.
The property is located in South Morang and has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It has a 3 living zones and a dining area.
It is waliking distance to the train station and 2 major shoping areas or you can catch the bus at the bus-stop which is right outside.
I have one cat that needs to come in at night then let out in the morning. Once he gets to know you, he will love a cuddle so you must love cats to be looking after the property.
