We are looking for a mature house sitter or couple to look after our indoor cat Loco while we are on holidays. Loco is a smart and affectionate feline and loves a good cuddle and play. He is extremely easy going and care will consist of feeding him twice a day, emptying the litter tray at least daily and vacuuming at least weekly as he is quite hairy. The space is a 4 bed 2 bath house with a nice verandah. We don't expect much in terms of garden care as it will be winter and we have recently finished some construction at the house so parts of the landscaping is still work in progress. There is ducted reverse cycle heating throughout the house to ensure your comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a dishwasher. There's plenty of parking in the driveway and a secure space for a caravan as well if required. A bus stop is less than 5 mins walk away, however getting around by car is probably more convenient. We are about 10 mins to Belconnen town centre, 10-15 mins to Gungahlin town centre and about 25 mins to the city. There are walking trails and lovely scenery at the doorstep.
