Tea Gardens NSW

Our house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, double garage with caravan/motorhome parking brick/tile backing onto a reserve and access road alongside, 9 yrs old.
The twin towns of Tea Gardens/Hawks Nest has a population of around 3000, is on the northern side of Port Stephens, just south of Myall Lakes National Park and on the Myall River with the Pacific Ocean just a few kilometers away. There are 2 supermarkets, Coles and IGA. Newcastle is 76klms south, Maitland 70klms south west.
We have an 11 year old chocolate labrador who loves his walks and swims at the beach or along the river. He is very placid and sociable and walks well on lead.
Most of the garden is on automatic watering. There is a small area which will need occasional watering as well as some indoor pots. Mowing will be minimal during winter.
