New 3 bed 2 bath house. Access to one bedroom and bathroom.
Reverse cycle air conditioning.
Fully appointed with all new modern appliances.
1 very old dog. Just requires medication daily and company.
We have a dog door. She goes in and out as needed.
A few pot plants may/may not need watering.
Prefer mature dog loving couple.
Our dog gets anxious around other dogs, so no pets please.
Lovely neighbours, safe small community.
Can use single garage or park on second driveway behind gates:
