Lutana TAS

Newly renovated 1950's house in Lutana, just 10 minutes drive (5kms) north of the city. 3 generous bedrooms and a spacious kitchen and dining area. The living room has a woodfire heater and a reverse cycle heating & cooling system. The house is situated on a 736sqm sized block, with the back garden fully fenced. Our Springer Spaniel dog, Alby, will need to be taken care of during this time. He is easy company, needing only one walk per day and a feed morning and night. He is highly affectionate and loves lots of cuddles, but is happy to be left at home for the day if you're out and about.
