Hello There. We are hoping to go away for the month of september. Was hoping to find a nice couple or single to look after our 10 year old dog, chickens and house cow Princess Pumpkin.
Cyprus our doggie he just lays around and sleeps and hangs out. Wants to be near humans. He sleeps outside at night on his bed. And we have chickens we would just like opened and closed to free range each day in their large fenced area.
Pumpkin is something special! She gave birth to a precious baby boy early March. She will need to be milked once a day in the morning. We have a dairy maid machine that takes 3 mins to milk her. We wake up at 6am and the whole process from walking out there, milking and walking back in the house to strain the milk takes 30mins. Also keeping her feed and water up is a priority. She really loves human company and contact.
We are on 2 acres in a nice clean home about 3 mins from the Highway and Aussie world. Very quiet area and neighbours cannot see you. Although they are all awesome we have a great street!
If you are interested please contact me and if you need to stay a day or so earlier or later than the dates we have available that's ok too we can work it out.
It would be ideal to have someone with cow and milking experience. I am a nervous Mum about to leave her cow for the first time, haha.

A really enjoyable sit for a very friendly and welcoming family. The chickens, cow, guinea pig and doggo were all super friendly and very well cared for. The dog Cypress is an absolute sweetheart. So gentle and well behaved and was a pleasure to hang out with. The house was super clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Amazing sitters. Highly recommend. Very loving to the animals and house was spotless. Super nice people. Would love to have them back anytime.
We loved our stay in Georgie's home. The home was lovely and comfortable with a restful rainforest outlook. Cypres the dog was a delight very friendly and lovely company. There were chooks to feed and a cluckey hen sitting on 8 eggs. We had a very restful time and a beautiful area to explore.

It was a delight to look after Georgie and Ben's dog Cyprus and their chickens. They have a beautiful home in a private and peaceful location with lovely shaded outdoor areas for hot days and a log burner for the chilly nights.
