70 acres ,7 acre lake, great open spaces.
Private yet on Orange doorstep.

Horses that require monitoring. Water, injury, feed etc. We have qualified people to address any issues, mainly need a keep an eye on the animal's day to day.
One pet dog, who is not an inside house dog. Cattle dog.
No house sitter pets, please.
Middle of winter so the garden does not require any care.
House has fire and split system so snug and cosy.
