Berwick VIC

Hello family!
I am looking for a pet sitter/house sitter from early June to early July. About 4 weeks total. I am hoping there is someone in the community who can help out.

This is primarily a dog sitting job as the house can look after itself and my dog is a special needs dog. MUST LOVE DOGS.

The house is located in Olde Berwick, it is an old 2 bedroom unit and has everything you need and is in a fabulous location just off High St.

The pets
Luna the cat, 11 years old, equally aloof and annoying. Her only things are that she is an inside cat and she needs her litter scooped. Oh and to be fed and watered but she'll make you aware of that.

Truffle the dog, 2 year old Staffy with a heart of gold and tongue of force. She is a very good girl, but rather clingy and absolutely loses her mind when you wake up in the morning or when you arrive home. We recommend wearing footwear at these moments as she will literally lick your toes off your feet. Truffle is used to us being home with her during the day but copes fine without us too. Truffle goes to day care in Pakenham once or twice per week and needs a lift there and back. Day care hours are 7:30am - 6:00pm. She can go anytime during those hours. Truffle is a good girl on lead but she does not like people patting her and hates when dogs get in her face whilst on lead so when walking her on a lead, its just you and her against the world. No interactions on the way. No sitting at cafes etc.
She would benefit from one walk each day she isn't at day care.
She is a great communicator, she'll tell you when it's dinner time, when it's play time and when you've been at your desk for too long.
She throws super cute and annoying tantrums when she's tired but she is like a toddler and fights it.
She has an uncontrollable fondness for Luna, that Luna hates. So we keep them separated. We don't know how that'll work in the new place but we'll figure out a system!
