Looking for someone to look after our 1 or 2 dogs and cat plus 4 chickens whilst we go on holidays. The studio type flat would suit single or a couple, air conditioning, double bed, shower/toilet, 2 seat lounge, fridge, TV, microwave/kettle/toaster, kitchen and cooking facilities, washing machine is fully self contained, private, beneath main residence. Fresh eggs daily. The property is on 14 acres, partly cleared, mainly natural bushland directly on Lake Cohen in Kalaru. walking track, fishing from property, Kangaroos visit most afternoons outside of the downstairs flat. 2 kayaks free to use, mountain bike tracks just 5 minute ride in bike path into tathra, boat ramp 2 mins drive in Bega river or kianinny 5 minutes away for ocean fishing. 5 minutes to Tathra, 10-15 minutes to Bega, 20 minutes to Merimbula. Dog and Cat just need to be fed in morning and at night each day otherwise they look after themselves. 14 year old Kelpie, 15 year old cat. See photos of animals.
