Hi we live on acreage but it's well maintained and not crazy wild. There is a lovely view, a pool, a tennis court, gardens and bushland. We have two cocker spaniels who are very, very used to being with us and having people around and getting a lot of love, walks and attention.
Duties besides just being around and caring for dogs and house generally would be walks a few times a week, or more would be great, maybe a little bit of gardening. We will have a garden service that comes in but there may be a bit of watering, maybe a bit of mowing but limited. The driveway will need to be blowed with a fairly heavy fuel blower 3 times a week or so. It keeps it neat and also keeps any snakes that may be lurking away. Our home is tidy and our joy so looking for people who will love it and our dogs as much as we do.
