House is a renovated 3x1 built in 1900’s. Has wifi, reverse cycle heating and cooling and a big yard. Shower over bath in single bathroom. Office set up with sit/stand desk. Close to town. No dishwasher but have all the kitchen gadgets needed. Safe and quiet neighbourhood.

Bollo, our 3yo English staffy is a unique little guy. He is a bit anxious (just generally doesn’t have separation anxiety) and will be sitting on your lap whenever you let him. Bollo likes a walk a day although can live without. Must be a dog lover because Bollo needs a lot of love (just general attention nothing specific).

Garden is okay without any real maintenance.
