Kogarah NSW

Hi!

We're Ami & Hayden! We're looking for someone to look after our apartment & 3 beautiful cats whilst we're visiting family in the UK!

We live in Kogarah, NSW. Its a ground floor 2 bed, 2 bath apartment (2nd bedroom with a sofa bed) complete with internal laundry and large balcony with a BBQ. The property is close to main roads & a 10 minute walk away from Kogarah station. There are a number of shops/ Rockdale Plaza is in close proximity, the city is only 20mins away via public transport.

The apartment is equipped with high speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen and solid living room set up. There's also a desk set up in the second bedroom for anyone WFH.

We have 3 cats, 1 boy & 2 girls- they're fairly low maintenance. They are all indoor only cats, and are fully vaccinated, desexed & insured. They require feeding twice a day and poops being scooped. The male does require brushing twice a week but the girls are both short hair. All 3 are very gentle, no issues with biting & scratching. The girls are keen for love and cuddles, whilst the male does like keeping to himself.

We do have some indoor plants that will require some watering but no other garden maintenance.
