House is a large Queenslander which, whilst she’s showing her age, is very comfortable and a typical NQ sanctuary. 4 bedrooms, home office, sleep out and additional room, fans throughout, 2 bathrooms, indoor laundry. Steps (5) to enter home (single story).
One dog (1 yr old) would enjoy a walk to the beach (<10mjns) and play at low tide each day, sleeps on the enclosed verhandah. 1 old cat - she’ll only want to be fed and a few cuddles.
