Very comfortable three bedroom wing of house including two bathrooms, laundry, kitchenette and living room in loft area available in exchange for general garden maintenance (ride on mower) putting bins out and general care & security of property in our absence. Lawn mowing (level) to be done as required depending on weather and growth of lawn. Semi rural property but near all town facilities, shops, station, etc.
