10 acre property at minden, we have 2 dogs, 4 parrots, 2 horses, 3 donkeys, 1 goat, 9 guinea fowl and 1 blue tongue lizard.
Garden care optional, lawn is pretty low maintenance at that time of year.
Horse and parrot experience/confidence desirable.
Parrots are fairly high maintenance, fed and watered 2 times daily. New browse 1-2 weekly, and enrichment daily.
3 large aviaries that require cleaning 1-2 times per week.
Horses/donkeys have run of approx 9acre paddock.
Prefer someone with own caravan.
