Seaford VIC

Literally on our doorstep is the beautiful Seaford wetlands. The wetlands trail is beautiful to walk and ride around. We walk on it every day to the beach. 10 -15 minutes of walking on this trail into town and you have so many restaurants and of course the Seaford beach! Also the train station. With the Mornington peninsula on your door step! We have a three bedroom home with aircon and heaters. We have two bathrooms (one an en-suite) and a laundry. We also have a garage. We have any coffee machine you can think of and a well stocked kitchen including a kitchen aid mixer and any machine you can think of. We have an enclosed fenery, a bbq and an outdoor eating area that looks into a big backyard for any activity. We have two beautiful rescue dogs Bella & Whinnie. Bella is great at recall and playing with dogs , Whinnie we keep on a lead. The two girls love each other and play together at the home. They have a dog door and sleep inside the house on their bed/s. Both girls go to dog training and are very well behaved (you of course will not need to take them to this). They have a dog walker who walks them twice a week. In summer they will not need to be walked by you. They just require pats, love & of course feeding. I can be somewhat flexible on dates just ask and I will let you know! We have done some renovations recently in the Laundry, kitchen and lounge room. I will update with some new photos. We will be travelling to New Zealand with our son to visit family .

Bedroom 1: Has king bed, walk in robe, garden view & ensuite
Bedroom 2: Has a queen bed, wardrobe, tv, desk area & street View
Bedroom 3: Is a nursery with a cot. This room used to have a queen bed in it. You could use this space for a blow up mattress if needed.
