Modern , secure 1 bedroom apartment close to the Gosford waterfront (water views & a 3 minute walk). Two small dogs (a mini poodle and an havanese) and two cats to care for. I prefer someone who is home more than not & who is happy to share home and furniture with my four lovely pets, all of whom have 24/7 access to apartment & large balcony. They are easy to care for (dogs are non shedding) with the dogs happy to go for a daily walk in the general area, which is pleasant as access to the waterfront is very close.
