The house is an older 4 bedroom home with some carpet and polished wood floors. 2 of the bedrooms are currently used as storage. Any cleaning would only be required in the bedroom occupied by the house sitter and the kitchen, bathroom/toilet and living area. Garden maintenance if any will be limited to mowing.
I have no pets.
