Ob Flat SA SA

We live in a 1920’s 3 bedroom farmhouse 6 kms from Mt Gambier. We have 25 acres, currently running 30 ewes and 30-40 lambs. Plus 11 steers and an alpaca.
We also have 2 kelpie dogs 7y.o & 13 y.o who are rather spoilt, love a bit of ice cream and sleep inside at night. The younger one is ball obsessed, and can’t sit still for long. The older just likes to rest! We also have 2 cats who are both inside/outside cats and don’t mind sitting on our laps- sometimes At present we also have 4 chooks who are currently laying eggs daily and love the kitchen scraps and scratching for grubs!
We have rainwater tanks, ride on lawn mower and a veggie garden that is quite productive.
We are 5 minutes from Mt Gambier where there are the major supermarkets, good cafes, restaurants and bars. There are plenty of places and attractions nearby to explore.
The sheep and cattle are in separate paddocks with plenty of feed so all that is required is to turn the pump on to fill the tank for their troughs.
