The house is a newly renovated 3 bed, two bath, weatherboard home on approximately 800 square metres located close to the iconic wine bottle tower in Rutherglen! Easy walking distance into the Main Street and some wineries. Easy driving to distance to many other wineries, as well as neighbouring towns such as Beechworth and Yackandandah.

Care is required for two cats. Fed twice a day, cat litter to empty, ideally some time would be spent playing with them and for general company.

The lawn may need to be mowed - takes about 40 minutes with a push mower - negotiable. The Garden may need to be watered as appropriate (depending on rainfall, weather etc)
