We live in a beautiful large house on acres. It is quite close to Terrigal by car and Erina Fair shopping.
We are a short drive to many cafes, art galleries, shopping and beaches. From the quirky cafes, bakeries and shops of Long Jetty to the seaside fishing village of Woy Woy - there is always somewhere different to visit
There are many scenic walking tracks around the Central Coast with little towns to explore.
If you are a homebody you will love our house. There are many places to curl up with a good book, inside and out. In winter it is beautiful and warm lounging on a deck chair beside the pool, in the gazebo, the courtyard garden or sitting with a coffee on our front deck. The house sits in the midst of a forest with endless birds singing and flying about. A nature lovers paradise.
Our property is about 3 acres. We are after a genuine caring couple or individual to look after our beloved animals for approx 3 weeks. We can adjust dates to suit the right people as we have nothing locked in yet. Our cat is an indoor cat (does go outside with us but we do not want her let out at all when we are not here) who loves a little attention from time to time. She will need her litter changed regularly, fed twice a day and water changed daily. We definitely need a cat lover!
Our dogs are not cat friendly so she is not allowed outdoors at anytime and need responsible people to understand this. For this reason we cannot have any other people at the house during your stay at any time.
Our dogs are all greyhounds. The eldest boy lives in the garage, he needs to be fed twice a day, water changed daily. We would go into detail with him later but he is very easy to look after. The other three live in cabins and have their own fenced yards. They are beautiful dogs and love attention. They require feeding morning and night, water changed daily, poo pick up, they are also given a number of treats daily. Two are sisters and we have a regular walker for them once a day, but if would like to do it yourself that is fine. These two I close in to smaller yards at about 8PM nightly and open them up at about 7;30-8AM as there are possums and wallabies in the area. The third girl is let out afternoons and goes up with us to feed the horses. As it will be winter they all need to have their coats put on close to dusk and taken off in the mornings.
The horses we can get looked after by someone else if necessary. They are fed hay and lucerne in the mornings and in the evening hay, lucerne and a cup of grain. Water needs to be checked daily even when it rains. They go in and out of their stables as they wish but would need their manure forked out daily.
We have a few indoor plants that will require a little water weekly.
