Warm, spacious, comfortable home with sunny outdoor deck space and large rear garden with vegie beds and peaceful rural views. Ample off-street parking, quiet area with access to local river walking tracks, post office and small IGA within 5 minute walking distance. 12 minute drive into Launceston CBD.
Ivy (dog), my funny, spontaneous, energetic furry friend, loves a game of tug-a-war and will keep you entertained, requires a daily walk (or 2) to use up that energy and feeding morning and night. She is an indoor / outdoor dog - sleeps inside of an evening and enjoys being close to her human!
Oscar, the goat needs to be fed pellets and hay and checked daily, water etc. Chickens low maintenance, a daily check-in with food and water and if you are lucky, they will reward you with some eggs.
I would prefer sitters that can be 'around' most of the time.

Thank you Cynthia for allowing us to come and care for Ivy, Oscar, and the Chickens. We fell in love with Ivy (dog) who was very easy to care for and enjoyed taking her out for walks. Ivy had a wonderful and cheeky personality, and we still think of daily and laugh with fondness. We believe Ivy thinks she is human and would even have a conversation with you in the evening.
