Warrnambool VIC

We are looking for a house sitter whilst we are overseas. We have a 2 storey house in Warrnambool with a great view over Lake Pertobe and distant ocean views. The house is in a great location with the city centre a 10-15 minute walk heading north, and the main beach the same distance heading south. Warrnambool and surrounds have lots to offer in terms of sight seeing and outdoor activities. Our house has a good size backyard and some garden maintenance, mainly watering would be required. Our house is low maintenance, in good condition and has most mod cons. We have relatives in Warrnambool who can provide assistance should the need arise. Use of a car is possible. Most important is taking care of our beautiful 10 year old boxer Gemma. Our backyard is very secure but she never looks to escape, and Gemma sleeps inside and has access to the house during the day. We walk Gemma twice a day, 1 1/4 hours in total. She is usually very relaxed on the lead and does not pull, but can occasionally pull hard when she sees something of interest like a rabbit or another dog She therefore needs to be walked by someone who can match her force when required. She is very friendly to people, including children, but can be problematic with other dogs so is best kept away from them.
