We live in a rural location on acreage in a large old homestead. There are 5 bedrooms, a large pool and a garden which will need to be looked after. .The land has stock but that is taken care of by others.We would require the sitter to be able to deal with the rainwater tanks and the bore; this is a working farm and an ability to deal with problems arising from water supply is important. Some knowledge of maintaining a healthy and clean swimming pool is also necessary.
We have two indoor cats and a very friendly Border Collie who is happy to be an outside dog. We also have a hand reared lamb who thinks he’s a dog and on the whole, he’s a good boy.
The area is scenic, private and very safe and would suit anyone looking for peace and quiet, though we are only a few kilometres from all facilities.
