Hi there, our gentle giant Macchi needs a strong human to look after him. He is a five year old desexed male Bernese Mountain Dog and weighs 45kg. He is super stubborn but also super sweet and needs someone who is home 80-90% of the time. I work from home almost full time and he loves the company , even though he is quite lazy. Macchi has chronic kidney disease so is on a strict diet and needs pills/drops twice a day. He also needs a short walk twice a day and another two times he will need to be encouraged to do a wee outside so his bladders doesn’t get too full. We live on a huge bush block, with private access to a walking / cycling track that is connected to a reserve. We also have a pool. You will enjoy absolute privacy in and around the house. Merewether beach and Newcastle CBD are about a 10 min drive away. Macchi would love to be involved in everything you do such as beach trips or going out for dinner if possible.
