3bed, 2bath lowest house, fully fenced yard. Close to town, hospital and other amenities. Lots of things to see around the area and within a couple of hours drive. Room for van or motor home if required. Friendly neighbours. I have 2 jack Russell dogs, 5 years old, Maggie and Anzac. They live outside and love going for walks. Betty is my 5year old cat who lives inside. Basic mowing and watering of a medium sized yard.
