- Medium sized dog will require a short walk per day and lots of love and cuddles. Also, dog sleeps inside, usually on the bed. House has a doggy door so he is free to roam in and out.
- cat is easy to look after. She is free to roam in and out and just requires feeding and a scratch when requested. She may also want to sleep with you when she feels like it.
- Backyard will require mowing. Weeding in front garden if needed. Indoor and patio plants will need regular watering.
- Outdoor spa is available for use. Requires some maintenance
