4 bed 2 bath home on average house block in new estate in Nth Richmond at base of blue mountains. 15km walking tracks and multiple park facilities available. Coles supermarket is local. 2 dogs to be cared for, walk once or twice a week. Older 16yr cat just needs to be fed. Re gardens; I have a mower man which will continue, pets will just need to be contained day of mow. Some watering of gardens / pots indoor and out.
Foxtel Netflix and other TV apps available. Any hire of movies TV shows Main Event to be covered by sitter.
