Ideal location, 5 minute walk to the best beach on Bruny- cemetery beach.

The studio is an architecturally designed, new build- you'd be the first person staying in it!
It has a double bed, kitchen with all new appliances, large bathroom and laundry.
If more rooms are required we also have two bedrooms, huge living room, basice kitchen, laundry and bathroom in the 'shed' (which is where we usually live)

Dates are flexible for your arrival and departure, so long as you're here for all of August.
If you need to stay longer than the month of August (while we're away) we're happy for you to continue on for extra time if you need as the studio is unused.

We have three hounds that are extremely affectionate, they will need lots of love and cuddles and two walks per day.
They are hounds, so they will escape if given the chance, so the carer will need to be vigilant at shutting gates and doors.
The dogs have the whole shed with its caged out door runs to roam around in freely, but will need to be walked twice daily for entertainment and excersise..

Ideally we would be looking for a couple or family as walking three dogs can be tricky, but if there is one strong armed, experienced and brave person, we would consider that too.

There is a small flock of chickens that are very free range so will only need their water checked on every once in a while and pellet feeders filled every two weeks.

There is a great little vege and herb garden on the property, that's yours to do with as you please, but it doesn't need any care if you're not that way inclined.
