We need a house sitter

Hi, I have a Murray River Retriever, Maddie, who needs someone to take him for walks whilst I travel. He will be 2 years old when the sit takes place.
Maddie and I live in a three bedroom older home with a lovely deck that looks over the swimming pool.
The home is having some renovations done, I'm hoping they will be completed but if not then it will not be happening whilst the sit takes place, so only two bedrooms may be available for use.
The yard is not large so Maddie likes daily walks, there are a number of walking trails nearby.
Watering of garden and lawn mowing required but its not a lot of mowing and its a battery operated mower so easy to start.
