We have a lovely home with a big fat lazy friendly cat called Eva who likes being fussed but isn't a lap cat. She needs feeding twice daily both mornings and tea time other than that nothing else is required.
Our house is located in the heart of Vic Park, so ideal for accessing the strip. We just ask you to maintain the cleanliness but other than that nothing else is required.
Non smokers is a must and terms of our rental is no candles as it is a federation house .
That's about it really. hoping to find someone who can house sit for when we go on long camping weekends, our trips overseas etc.
