Large house in a beautiful location.

Our little dog Leo is the cutest little dog, with a lot of personality. He is perfect, his only tiny little issue is that he has severe separation anxiety, and can't be left home alone for any time at all. So when we travel, he needs company. If you are doing dog friendly activities, Leo is happy to come along. He likes to sit in his stroller when we visit markets etc.

Given his separation anxiety we would prefer a couple to stay with him, so that one person can pop out and buy groceries, while the other one is at home with Leo. Single house sitters who are really good at planning and organising are of course also very welcome to apply! Leo will always be spending several days of a house sit at his regular sitter, giving the single sitter the possibility to run errands and do all the practical stuff they need.

Leo is a Chinese Crested with very little fur. He gets sun burned. In the summer time, we don't take him out when the UV is over 3, so his morning walk will have to happen early(ish) in the morning. His afternoon/evening walk must happen after the UV has come down again. Leo is not a morning person at all. He loves the winter when he can sleep in, he may happily sleep until 10-11am. In the winter he needs to wear clothes to keep him warm. He doesn't like to get dressed.

Our house is large with fantastic views of Black Hill from the lounge room. From that back side we see the Highbury Aquaduct Reserve. Big, open plan kitchen and lounge, 3 bathrooms and a comfortable guestroom with a queen sized bed. Air conditioning and a fireplace for cold winter days.
There is a huge garden with lots of fruit trees. Feel free to eat as much as you possibly can of what is in season while staying at our house. We have a big undercover area, as well as a balcony facing the hills.

We are located 20 min from the CBD in a beautiful area with lots of excellent walking options nearby. (Torrens River Linear Park, Highbury Aquaduct Reserve, Ansty Hill, Dry Creek, Wadmore Park in addition to quiet suburban streets). The beautiful Adelaide Hills with charming small towns and wineries are just around the corner.
The closest shopping centre, Tea Tree Plaza, is 10 minutes away by car. The nearest grocery shop is 5 minutes away by car.
If you prefer the beach, we are 35 min away from Semaphore Beach.
