Smythesdale VIC

Our property is an Australian Native plant nursery on five acres of land. We have two dogs that live indoors, a Black Labrador and a three legged Labradoodle. We have a pet cockatoo who is in an aviary outdoors and 3 miniature Mediterranean Donkeys so we require a house sitter with no pets. As we are going away in Winter the Nursery should need no maintenance or watering. The house is quite large but is only one bedroom so a couple would be ideal. The house and gardens are in a bush setting and it is very serene and peaceful. We are only a 15 minute drive to Ballarat and Smythesdale is a small country town with a supermarket and several small shops a petrol station and Pub.
