Hello! I am after someone for a 2 week housesit at the end of June. I have two dogs. A 12 year old dog and a 1 year old. They need a couple of walks each day. I also have four chooks who need an occasional check up and egg collection. I live walking distance to cafes and a supermarket. The train station is nearby for 1 hour access to Melbourne. The house is a comfortable 3 bedroom cottage with a lovely vegetable garden.

We completed a short housesit for Mel looking after her beautiful 13 year old dog Ally and 4 wonderful chickens. Mel was a very welcoming and hospitable host. Her lovely home is located in a quiet court location within easy walking access to good local shopping in Pakington St West Geelong. Mel's house is very comfortable and her garden a peaceful haven to enjoy and relax in with Ally and the chickens! We fell madly in love with Ally who is just the most adorable dog. It was a treat staying at Mel’s house. Such a beautiful place with a great garden, easy to care for chooks, and the sweetest old dogs. I’d definitely housesit for Mel again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our sit for Mel. Ally and Pedro were so gentle and easy to care. Mel's house is in a great location, walking distance to supermarket and an array of specialist shops with the added bonus of it being nice and quiet with a lovely gem of a garden. Thanks Mel!

Mel's dogs, chooks and abode were an absolute pleasure to care for. Mel's communication was great from the first Skype meeting, and the animals a real joy to sit for, we particularly enjoyed the personalities of the dogs, what characters! We can highly recommend Mel's place to potential sitters. One of our favourite housesits to date.

Mel was a most gracious host with a great cozy house and wonderful inseparable dogs. There was good parking and you needed to walk a bit to convenient buses. Mel was able to be in constant communication which was helpful.
