Crib Point VIC

My husband and I have recently completed a new home, on 2.5acres, it faces north with direct access to a private mangrove, rocky beach area. The area is peaceful and quiet with wonderful water views of western port bay. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a modern light filled kitchen and butlers pantry with wood burner or reverse cycle A/C.
There are five properties in our strip, all residents, no holiday homes, we are a close-knit group that look out for each other and help out as need arises. A car is needed to get to shops.
We have 2 gorgeous dogs, Winnie is a 6 year old Male pug, very affectionate and loves being near you, but is highly motivated by food!!!
Grace is our female 2 year old apricot coloured spoodle, very active and loves teasing her brother, they love going for walks and chasing each other.. They are fed 2 x day, and sleep in the garage next to each other. No medications or special care required.
The garden is large, we would like the gardens watered and general care such as lawn mowing using a ride on mower, any other gardening would be dependent on personal interest with the house sitter. We are hoping to find a caring person(s) to look after our home and much loved pets, this is our first extended break away from them, so we are a bit anxious and excited.
