Brand new brick home on a rural property near Duaringa Qld, Duaringa has a small service station and post office that both stock convenience items. There is a golf course, library, medical centre with a once a week service, ambulance service, motel and hotel. Gracemere is a larger shopping centre and is a 1 hr drive away. There is no public transport. There is good mobile service. Sitters would need their own internet service.

We have 3 friendly working dogs, who require daily exercise and feeding. This is a working cattle property, but our family are nearby and will supervise the livestock side and be available for support with any issues that might crop up. Sorry, no personal pets.

A vehicle is available if required.

We have an extensive lawn and small gardens watered by manual in-ground sprinkler systems (1-2 times weekly depending on weather), Other trees that require fortnightly watering and a small number of pot plants requiring twice weekly watering. No weeding required. Mowing and whipper snipping required, zero turn mower and whipper snipper provided.

Position is most suitable for sitters who enjoy their own company. Although listed as a 3 mth position, smaller monthly time-frames would be considered.
