Hi there!

My name is Jonathan, but most people call me Jonno. I'm a very proud cat dad of the wonderful Pura, a ginger domestic short hair! I live in an apartment in Richmond, NSW. The apartment is located at the heart of the suburb, right next to the train station (which is a direct line straight to central!), and across the street from Aldi and the main shopping centre!

In June I'll be heading away to the US for 10 days. I'd love someone/people who care deeply and love cats to look after my boy while I'm away. He is healthy and doesn't necessarily require any special treatment aside from love! He has had a bladder stone in the past, but that was when he was a kitten (nearly 4 years ago now!) To treat this and prevent it from happening again, he is on a urinary diet, but you won't need to worry about that--his food will be provided! He eats a mix of his dry and wet food. He's fed twice per day--dry food in the morning, and wet food around dinner time. I will provide additional treats for you to give him before bedtime. He has three areas where he has access to water: two bowls and a cat fountain. In the period I'm gone, you shouldn't need to top up the fountain, but you will likely need to provide him with fresh water in his bowls two or three times in that period.

There is no garden care or anything of the sort required as I live in an apartment.

That's about it! Pura can be a little shy at first, and he may hide from you for a little while, but he will warm up very quickly, especially to those who love cats!
