We need a house sitter

Tasmania - Launceston

Malibu

Three bedroom sandstone farm. Lovely views. Tennis court. Great location, 25 minutes out of Launceston. Guest bedroom has queen size bed. Suit single person or couple. Have 2 dogs, a friendly German shepherd who lives outside only in a large pen and a Maltese poodle and tabby cat who both live indoors. They all get fed morning and night. There are 2 budgies that require clean water and seed and a fish that gets a sprinkle of food every 2nd day. 2 guinea pigs get fresh food every second day, the horses just have grass and the 3 sheep and 2 alpacas get two scoops of mixed feed.

We had a wonderful time looking after a variety of animals at Malibu’s property on acreage at Karoola, not far from Launceston. The farm animals-horses, sheep and alpacas were very easy care with a few treats and water topped up and the house pets-2 dogs, 2 Guinea pigs, 2 budgies, a fish and 1 puddy cat were also easy care. Peanuts, the small indoor terrier was a very gentle, sweet, quiet little man, Ziggy the puddy cat was shy until her first feed and then was very comfortable in our company. ... MORE
