Located in the sleepy village of Cooran, our location is in the picturesque Noosa Hinterland.
Located on just under two acres we have a modern home with all the mod cons needed for a comfortable stay.
We have two dogs - a needy pug cross and a gentle Labradoodle that both live inside.
We have 5 friendly, independent ducks that free roam the property and don’t need anything except for a morning and night dinner service. They aren’t penned and enjoy free rein of the lawns and dam.
The lawn maintenance can be either done by you and we will pay you or we can have someone in to do it. We have a tidy, neat property that we maintain to a high standard.
The house is 3 bedroom, 2 bath with air con, heating, fans and is a new build modern shed home. All the usual appliances and bits and pieces.
